Fleet Foot Safaris excursions and game drives.
Cuisine
All meals are freshly prepared - original “bush cuisine”. A typical South African “Braai” (barbecue) can’t be enjoyed thoroughly without a festive African open campfire and a selection of good wines.
The quality and freshness of our food is one of our proud trademarks. A list of preferences and an example of the menu is sent to clients once an itinerary is agreed. Any allergies and preferences reported are taken into consideration.
BREAKFAST/BRUNCH
Breakfasts vary each morning, and generally include an assortment of Cereals and porridge, and traditional maize meal called “mieliepap”, yogurts, eggs (prepared to order), bacon, sausages, potatoes, onions, beans, fresh fruit, toast with cheese and preserves, juices and tea/coffee.
LUNCH
Lunch is excluded, but fresh fruit or a light “snack” is available picnic style. It is your responsibility to prepare lunch during breakfasts - for example a toasted treat or innovative variation from the left overs.
DINNER
The 3 Course “braai” (barbeque) around a campfire under the African night sky consists of a small starter, selection of meats (lamb, beef, chicken and game), selection of fresh vegetables and salads, and a dessert/sweet to round off the meal. Tea or coffee before bed to round off a perfect evening.
